Hi H4tfan-
Thank you for the follow-up. Just out of curiosity, what did you do to the chips to test them?
After reading a post about a guy who "spiked" a chip, I decided to do the same thing on a cement floor. Depending on how the chip hit the floor, the results ranged from no damage at all, to chipped edges. Most spikes resulted in chipping of the edges. I even managed to get some of them to bounce up high enough to catch! I thought this was an "extreme" test for the chips, but I remember a more extreme one...
A couple years ago I had a customer tell me he was going to "test" the durability of our chips, including taking a dremel to them. I'm not sure why anyone would need chips that could stand up to a dremel, but he didn't buy any so I guess they weren't indestructible enough for him!

I can just imagine a bunch of this guy's friends show up to play poker, and they bring their dremels with them. A couple bad beats into the game, and everyone's weilding dremels and tearing up his chips!

I think I'd be looking for new friends instead of indestructible chips!
Thanks,
Gene
