Re: Yet another Bellagio Breakdown Request

Okay. It is official. Or will be when I submit my order tonight, and if I don’t get feedback that this breakdown will not work for some reason…. Based on the suggestions, and ideas from this thread (confused enough just here, didn’t need to freak myself out with all the other threads too) Here is what I’m going with.

The 660 Chip breakdown, as in the #5 Tourney Set – without all the extra color-up options, and get that to work as the 10 person T-250,000 described there, as well as this 15 person T-100,000 here:
1,000 / 10 = 150
5,000 / 11 = 165 + 30color-up = 195
10,000 / 6 = 90 + 98color-up = 188
25,000 / 1 = 15
Granted, that only gives the players 28 chips in this setup, but sacrifices need to be made, and if it grows to 15 people, the payout growth should help my players see the light. And if they gripe, they’re more than welcome to buy a set themselves! In fact, I encourage that!

So those numbers fit in with the Tourney set. I could probably get away with other combinations, but thanks to everyone’s suggestions here, I think I have a solid setup for the tournament games I’m expecting (and also hoping for). How through provoking are these great people here?

I think I’ll leave my cash game set #4 as is, with 290 chips. That would put my order at 950 chips, and only 2 denominations I hadn’t ordered (100 and 500). If I get 10 of each of those, I’d have 30 more chips to spread around my cash set to help fill that out a tad more (and reach the 1,000 chip point, which was my actual goal-not-to-exceed). That would leave 20-50 spaces open in the racks for specialty chips depending on if I leave all the cash extras in the rack when I take the set to other locations or not.

Again, thanks to everyone. This can not be stressed enough, without such a great sounding board, I'd have never have gotten this far, let alone to a point where I'm ready to pull the trigger.
