**edit: my advice to you Smitty, put a drop of mineral oil in the bottle cap and use a toothbrush to apply it. It took me about two caps worth to oil 80 chips. The stuff goes a long way. After I brush in the oil, I place them on paper towels. About twenty minutes later, I take a clean cloth and rub them dry. I've never had any problems with the oil clinging to dust or dirt with this method.
