Im trying to make my Pharaoh set capable of handling a 20 or even 30 person tourney if need be.

Right now I have
100 - 25
100 - 1 (I dont really use these first 2, I bought them for cash games but dont play those often)
200 - 5
200 - 25
75 - 100
50 - 500
25 - 1000

When playing 10 person or less I like to start with 1500, 20 5's, 20 25's, 4 100's and 1 500.

I also like to play 800-800 rebuy which is usually around 14 people and that is the maximum this set can handle with each person getting 14 25's, 10 5's, and 4 100's and rebuying/adding on at the end of the third blind with a 500 and 3 100's but change making is always needed from the big stacks, which isn't that big of a deal.

To make my set more versitile I was thinking I would add on the following -
100 - 25
50 or 100 - 5
25 or 50 - 100
25 - 500

I usually use the homepokertourny blind structure starting at 5-10 and going from there but sometimes slowing down and doing 20-40, 30-60, 40,80 which keeps the 5's on the table longer.

Any thoughts on this? The 28 in chips we start with for the 800-800 rebuy/add on is the minimum I like to start with. Even with 100 more 25 I probably still wouldnt have enough for 30 people but it would be plenty for 20. Am I going to want more 1000 chips when dealing with 20 people (roughly 30,000 chips in play)?
