I've played in some games where he would be lucky to only get kicked out. Thankfully, I don't need those games since WPT blew up, and there are games everywhere.
Dump this guy. People like this is always skirting the limits of the rules.
In a cash game, going south is never allowed at any of the casinos I've been in. In a friendly game, house rules apply. Short of taking chips and paying for drinks, food, or tokes, is disallowed. Now I have asked permission to take a single check off the table for collector purposes, but no one objected.
At the Tropicana, if you cashed you had to wait 2 hours to come back in. BDub and I just had this happen at the Argosy. She took a terrible beat. I cashed and went to dinner and split my winnings with her and bought back in.
This dude is a snake...
