I think the best way to arrange them would be to just make them look right, that is, artistically. And rumor has it that you have an artist in the house. (Hate to make more work for you BlondeWidow!) Seriously, if you don't want a logical arrangement like by casino name or date of acquisition, an artistic arrangement with each chip harmonizing with or reflecting the others would be the coolest.
