Need Design Help ASAP fro commemorative chip. (chips arrived safely)

I have been finally given a photo and a design concept and would appreciate if someone could lend a quick hand.

SEP 9, 1972 MAY 24, 2006 <-------corrected the "," to be AFTER the date.

Also a "vegas style" backround and/or a steelers theme.
