Reading this thread and the chips/cheques thread makes me again be grateful for all that Jim (Gaming Ore) and others (like Jamby) bring to CT.

As a professor, I know all too well that there is only so much any one person can know about a subject, and even more: there are always lots of things closely related to your own area of expertise that you know very little about. But the next best thing to knowing what you don't know is knowing how to find out what you need. I'm glad that I don't have to find out everything about collectible chips: if I have a question, I know where to go for reliable information! And I love it when you guys post about stuff I never thought even to ask about (like the destruction of chips). So THANKS from someone who just likes to find out stuff!!
