Suggestions on Tourny using my set.

I'm having a 11 player tourney Saturday with one rebuy. My chip set has 400 reds, 240 green, 160 black, 80 purple, and 20 Orange.....They are denom Pharaohs.

I would like the tourny to last around 2.5 to 3 hours. I have a poker genie, but the genie doesn't factor in rebuys.

Any suggestions would be great!!
