I have purchased through ASM before and I have no doubts about their customer service. I'm just disappointed in the fact that they were so close, and now something like this has happened. Unfortunately I found a shipping notification from UPS last night, meaning the chips have been shipped. I know they will handle this professionally, I have no doubt. I'm just a little heartbroken.
