Interesting CT promotional idea?

I had a thought today. I'm probably not the first with this thought, but I'll mention it anyway. (This thread could go in several forums (fora?).)

A great way to get fabulous exposure for this site, and for the chip cause in general, would be to have a custom-designed set of chips used at a final table on a nationally-televised TV poker tournament.

The set would probably have to replace the chips used in the tournament, when it gets down to the TV table. And, there would probably have to be a contractual arrangement to have the chips featured, much like the ad placements (official beer of the WPT, Cadillac Chip Count, Degree All In moment etc.).

Not sure what it would take to pull this off, but the one thing that is obviously missing from every poker tournament that I can remember on TV is a focus on the chips during the tournament. WPT has a set of chips, but the chips are only featured after the tournament is ended and everyone is tuning out. WSOP has a chip brand, but they're not featured during play (or even actually used in play). The chip faces just never get shown during the action except by accident, which is amazing when you consider the promotional possibilities.

Maybe it would take some cross-promotional deal, like the chips have both the FullTilt logo and the Chiptalk logo, and they are specifically featured on the broadcast. Plaques and the other large European thingies would be even better, because they're bigger.

Ten, you reading this?
