On the other occasions someone has reported this behavior, there has been a problem with the source image. Type the URL of the image into your browser's address bar. Do you get the image or no? If the image is invalid for some reason, your browser might display the "red X document" icon or show a message indicating that "The image
your image name cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."
If the image does not display correctly in your browser, the Flash Player will not be able to display it correctly either. Try saving it and/or uploading to your hosting service again. Then try the URL in your browser again. Once you see the correct image in your browser, you should be OK to import into the Chip Forge Inlay Designer.
