Those are salesmen samples. Often given out as examples of BJ chips. They are not "obsolete". GPI still still operates B&G, BJ, and PaulSon under their original brand names. As far as I know, casinos can still order those kinds of BJ chips.
Having said that, I don't have those samples, but I do have these Shufflemaster advertising chips and generally speaking, they trade even up. As far as a value, it is not unusual to see them offered between $3 and $5, BUT not in quantity.
