We were 9 handed. And yeah, I was definitely the big winner of the evening. One guy went home somewhere around -$600 or so, and everyone else basically were all slightly up/down. He was a friend of a friend, and ultra-LAG. He basically played every hand (many for raises) and I basically just caught cards at good times and my hands managed to hold up against him.

At one point he busted out, bought in for $100 (the max buy in), busted out on the very next hand, and then bought in for another $100 and went all in AGAIN the next hand. Noone called him the second time, but it was just plain crazy.

I guess he is an orthopedic surgeon and definitely can spare some cash, so I didn't feel bad when I made sure to get his email address to invite him back next month!

Wow, from what I've read elsewhere here, be careful of these friends of friends joining your games....I've heard nothing but bad bad stories about how that works out down the road. Especially when you are talking that kind of money coming through your front door.
