One of my other hobbies is autocrossing, and the car club running the events had an online pre-registration. I don't know how it's done, and the club unfortunately stopped doing their own pre-registration, but there is stuff out there like that. One place that has it is www.myautoevents.com but you'll have to register to get a look at the online form. Maybe you could e-mail them and find out where they got the program.
