I had a design that I made on paint of what I wanted the edge spots to look like...I then gave them an idea of what I wanted and the theme I had in mind...then gave them a little direction on the layout and fonts.....boom...they had it down...
The got the chip right after two mockups....they sent me a bill...I paid...10 days later....chips.
So if you have your art ready...two weeks is fair...
These guys were a dream to work with, and the chips are CLEARLY better than Nevada Jacks...and damn close to chipco.
They have that textured finish but feel much heftier than Nevada jacks and just as hefty as chipco....
The stack perfectly and EVERY SINGLE 20 chip STACK was dead even in size.....I would toss them all together...and pick out another 20 and ...even again...(NJ can't say the same thing)
If you want to assign a rating with chipco being a perfect 10 for ceramics....these are at least a 9...and maybe a 9.2 while nevada jacks is around a 7.5 to 8 IMO.
I can't say enough about Lynbark Designs and I would absolutely buy from them again.
Feel: Textured finish...some breaking in makes them easy to shuffle.
Sound: A nice clack, very similar to Nevada Jacks with less of a metallic clink sound like the chipcos have.
Weight: They feel much heftier than NJ and just as hefty or moreso than chipcos.
Colors: Sharp, clear.
Edge spots: very uniformed, very even, no blemishes.
Quality: I found ONE...ONE defective chip out of 800...and it is still playable (scratch on face) , In my 650 chip chipco 2005 wsop set, I got 3 defectives. They also gave me 16 extras of every denom...
Price: None better.
Service: they were a dream to work with.
I gotta recommend these guys, Lynbark Designs.
