PLEASE NOTE - The information in this post is quite outdated now and there are no issues with printing the edges of the chips!
Hi Everyone-
I was going to hold off on showcasing our custom poker chips, but let's go ahead and talk about them! The reason I was going to wait is that we cannot currently print the rolling edge. We have been working on building equipment to do so, but at this point have not been able to do the rolling edge to our satisfaction.
We've done lots of poker chips, mainly for weddings (wedding favors, groomsmen's gifts, etc), small run commemorative chips, and businesses. Since most of our customers aren't looking to use these during their home games, the rolling edge hasn't been a big deal.
Our chips are 10g composite chips. Take a look at
TenPercenter's "Chip Bake-off" - if one of our chips would have been included he would have found that the image would become blurry, but there would be no change to the structure of the chip. The edges would not melt off.
One of the advantages of our chips is that we have NO MINIMUM order. That's right, you can order just a single chip if you'd like. We've had customers design chips and sell them on ebay as "limited edition" chips. They can be used as card covers, gifts, etc.!
