Pre-flop, this hand is fine for a call in a multi-way pot. I like a hand like this in your position.

Fold to the all-in. Seems seems pretty clear that he's protecting the nuts against the flush draw now that someone has bet, and you have the wrong end of the straight. I don't like his check on the flop.
