That certainly does better than s-video, which itsef is a step up from the composite (yellow RCA) video. If your graphics card outputs DVI or HDMI, that would be better yet.
The longest cable I've used is about 15' (VGA).
For wireless? I suppose there's a local (low-power) TV transmitter you could hook up to your computer? I'd think a better solution, though, would be to buy a second cheap computer and hook that one up to your TV. Then use wireless LAN to connect your remote computer(s) to the one hooked up to the TV. You could then run TD on the TV/computer, and access it using any number of remote connection packages (Remote Desktop Sharing , NetMeeting, etc. etc.)
