Limper in middle position, 2 limpers in late position, I look down and see

I call and BB checks. 5 way action to the flop with a $10 pot.
Flop comes down:
All right, I'm in bad position, but I caught top pair and I want the lead in this hand with that, so I bet out.
BB folds. MP calls. Both LP guys fold. Not bad. I have no idea what my caller has, but I'm thinking at worst it might some kind of Ax suited where in this case the x is a 7. That would seem to fit with his preflop call.
Turn:
I'm not worried about A7 anymore! I bet out, he raises!
Now what?
