Single, I'm with you on that. That's where the confusion lies at least for me it was.
On your NLHE question, I've always seen (however, I've said that before. LOL
) and used the rule, " A raise must be at least equal to the previous bet or raise." IE. Bet was $10, your raise would be $10 more at the minimum making a total bet of $20. So, in the first round since the force bet is the BB, the call to the next person would be $10 with the min raise of $10 more.
Again, I could have mis-read this somewhere too. LOL So, I would wait until others reply to get some more validation.
