Question Can some one confirm this?

Ok, I've been playing for years. Played in home games and casinos both in the states and abroad. I know there are a lot of things that may vary from casino to casino as far as house rules are concerned but I need to know if others have seen this elsewhere in a casino. I know this is going to sound like a newbie question but...

In hold em,( PL, NL, or Limit) what are the minimum bets for each round?

In my experience, I've ALWAYS seen them like this below. Let's say your blinds are $5/$10:

PF - $5 minimum however since the BB is posted the minimum is $10 to call.
FLOP - Minimum bet is $5
TURN - Minimum bet is $10
RIVER - Minimum bet is $10

I had someone today say that the minimum on the FLOP in the above example is $10 and why would the minimum bet go down on the FLOP. He stated that he's played like that and asked me where did I play. Now, he was a jerk so f*** him but I'm just curious to see. I know somethings vary but I think this is a standard "Blind" type game rules correct?

Also, if you have a link that will show this I would appreciate it.
