And one other question on rebuys—should players have to decide right away if they want to rebuy, and rebuy within that round? Or can they wait a round and then rebuy if they want to take some time to get over a bad beat or smoke a stogie?
Thanks for the quick feedback--I love this site! I'm currently using Dr. N's Tournament Manager, which I love but it does slow down the rebuy process a bit, especially since I track all of the eliminated/eliminator info for league rankings, so I have to get that in the system before I do the rebuy.
I do try to have enough rebuy stacks made-up and ready to go beforehand, but the process still seems to take a minute or so to work through between logging everything into the TM, getting the cash, handing out chips. I guess all and all that isn’t a whole lot of time. I think the suggestion of having the tables giving a holler when there’s an All-in is a great one and will speed things up since I’ll know a rebuy might be coming soon. I guess if one player rebuying has to wait a couple minutes longer to get his rebuy than another player, it’s not really that big of deal within the same round.
