I think this advice is on the money. Center the numbers and then add in the "$" on the upper left of the centered number(s)...

I would like to see this with "The House" arched more like it is in Option A. Perhaps with the same exact size/style font as the word "cardroom". I would also add back in the "$", but follow JM's advice when doing so.
