1000 chip set denominations

i have a set of 1000 chips. they dont have denominations just yet. theres gonna be a game with some of my close friends tomorrow, none of them play poker on a serious level and really want to just have a fun time without losing money. i told them that the buyin would only be $5.

i have these people over pretty often. they don't want to learn to rules of limit and like playing no-limit because the betting rules aren't strict (and we always get a good laugh when somebody makes a big bet and tries to stare down an opponent without either of the two laughing). this is fine with me. we'll just drink beer and play around. so my question is, what should the chip denominations and set up look like? i have:

300 white
400 blue
200 yellow
100 black

so if you dont mind, could you suggest a starting chip count and their denominations? also, i'm not sure if we should play a cash game with rebuys or a tournament. i know the cash game would be lame since its only $5/person, but this isn't gonna be about making money and i dont want anybody knocked out with nothing to do. so yeah. basically i'm asking what you experienced guys would do with these chips and these 8-10 people putting in 5 bucks each, with a no-limit game (or tourny). if more info is needed, i'm on my compy checking this thread every 2 minutes, haha.

thanks so much! you all are the best!
