Lone Star Roundup II Raffle
The Raffle is on! We've solidified the list of donated prizes (see second post below). Everyone is welcome to enter this raffle, there is
no need to be present at the event. This thread is still viewable as an invite only (not visible to the public), so if you are seeing this, then you are allowed to enter!
How much are tickets? - $5 per ticket, or $20 for five tickets.
There is no limit on the number of tickets that any one person may buy (the more you buy, the better your chance on winning multiple prizes)
The drawings will take place the week following the LSRII Event in October. Prize winners will be drawn with three ChipTalk members present using randomizer.org. We will draw a number of random numbers equal to the number of prizes, in the range from 1 to the highest number on the raffle ticket tracking spreadsheet (which will be posted here). Every ticket sold will have a unique number.
The winners will be notified and will be given 30 days to respond before a second drawing will take place to choose a new winner for the unclaimed prize.
10% of proceeds go to Tom Barnard Charity Fund, remainder towards event costs.
Any overage is applied to future event costs and/or donated to the Charity.
The purchase of a raffle ticket, is not considered a charitable gift and is not tax deductible.
Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
Ticket sales will continue until event costs are covered.
You do not need to be present to win.
