Hell I know this is blasphemy but if you really like big starting stacks you could buy some really cheap crap chips (I saw sets of 60 at a dollar store near me, 60 for a dollar, almost got them to write a review) and just use them for the lowest denomination chip and color them up right away when a few people bust out. Make the cash side game play with the ghetto chips.

Nobody has more than a 500 piece set that I know of, but mixing some other set to make a low denom.... now that is a good idea. It will look a little funky, but that might work. Thanks for the tip!
