You get $T if you win a satellite and unregister from the target tournament. I buy them most all the time... I'm small time so I can usually only take $200 or so each time. I'll gladly pay 90%. 'stars has a foolproof exchange system, neither player has to trust the other. All deals must be prearranged outside of 'stars.
