Today is the 15th and My wholesaler has not seen teh cases as of yet. But he said by teh end of this week...

how about hte larger cases? are you getting those too? if so, what is the special ct price (including shipping)? if not, can you remind me what the most the smaller (500 ish) case will hold if you take out the card decks?
