The Bedrocks and Infils gave way to various custom knives with a focus on Randall Made knives. Alas, now the Randalls are being turned into chips. Fortunately, having picked quality things in which to sink my entertainment dollars, I've come out ahead or at least even on every one of my hobby 'color ups'. Given the current market for Randalls, I expect this to continue the trend of coming out ahead on the change over. Still, it seems funny to me that I often sell one hobby to pay for another.
So what creative ways have you discovered to fund your chip habbit? |
Wow I use to collect firearms, with single action colts as my favorite, even had a Bisley Flat top target in .45 cal. Also was into knives. Randalls are works of art.
Unfortunatly motorcycles are my first love and with prices going up I had to sell off my other collections.
I will never sell off my motorcycle stuff for chips. I SWEAR!!!!!!!!
I have a bunch of Stanley planes where would I look to find the values on them?
