It's probably just a screen capture. However, for your mockups, I'd take individual screen captures of the larger chips, rather than using the smaller saved chip pics.
Just get it on your screen and hit PrtScr (or whatever your key says above the Insert key)
Go into Photoshop and you can paste it into a new document, then crop it to whatever size you need.
