The Long Shot

So I just want to get your opinions on this situation:

It is a home game NLHE MTT of about 15 people. Two tables are running and the one I am at is down to 6 players. I had just lost a race and was a micro-stack----$100 left which is the amount of the small blind.

I'm waiting for a hand, folding junk. Then the guy in 1st position goes all-in. He is shortstack too but he has around $500-$600 in chips. I'm behind him and pick-up 67s. I call hoping for the long shot quadruple up. I didn't make it but what do you think of the decision?
