I like your setup.
The non denom chips really come in handy...T10,000 tourneys for 1 - 17 players I use the non denom chip as $5000 but for 18-26 players I use the chip as $2000. Looks strange to use the non denom for a lower value with more people but it makes the chip distribution and color ups better.
Here go my T10,000 starting stacks:
For 1 - 10 players I hand out 41 chips per player:
same as T5000 listed in above post plus 1 x 5000 (non denom chip)
For 11 - 17 players I hand out 30 chips per player:
same as T5000 listed in above post plus 1 x 5000 (non denom chip)
For 18 - 26 players I hand out 23 chips per player:
8 x 25 denom
8 x 100 denom
2 x 500 denom
2 x 1000 denom
3 x 2000 (non denom chip)
Side note: I just looked at my T5000 set up and with a 26 man game (130k in play) I could still accommodate rebuys and add-ons as I would only need 26k to color up the 25s and 100s and I would have over 180k in 1000 denom and 2000 denom chips that are not in play. Good to know I can use the same structure even if I decide to do rebuys/add-ons.
