Paulsons are probably the best (everything is subjective after all) but they are not customizable which may be an issue if this is to be a gift.

ASM are light but they're fine chips. You could try contacting Blue Chip directly but I think you can only get those a hair above 9g on a good day. As mentioned above there's always TR King, who also make fine chips.
