| I just started learning some of these funky little chip tricks a few weeks ago as something to do to keep my mind off of smoking (I am trying to quit). So far I have learned the thumb flip (aka: front-to-back), the switch, the shuffle (having fun with 12 chips but can do a few more), the Johnny Chan (but not cleanly), the pickover (very poorly), and the twirl. The funny thing is I can't do the twirl without a thumb flip first (it helps seperate the chips). It is fun and I enjoy entertaining my co-workers. I find the chip tricks give my poker buddies something to think about at the table aside from the game.
