Since you are staying at the Bellagio, they have limit games starting at 4/8. It is one of the best poker room in Vegas. Mirage limit hold'em starts at 3/6, MGM is nice and has 2/4, Imperial Palace has only 2/4 but very soft players.

The high stake place are the Bellagio and the Wynn. There are lots of other low limit places but the ones I name above are close to the Bellagio. I would stick to the Bellagio and the Mirage which is half a block across the street. Both have very nice poker rooms.
