The schedule is derived from the WSOP schedules for stud and hold'em.

Most Casinos blind schedules have antes even for no-limit hold'em tournaments, though it usually starts around the 4th blinds level.

It makes for a little different game. Steeling the antes and blinds is definitely worth it. Though for quick simple home tournament antes are a pain to keep track of.

The last shoe tournament we had one table and played a complete round of deals and then changed the game. Once it got short handed it went to two complete rounds before changing the game. If you have two tables, it does not work and you have to use a timer.

There are no blinds in stud or stud hi/lo, just a bring in for the low card.
