You shouldn't expect a color match to anything from China. The printers there can't even match a color if you give them the Pantone numbers.
If you're after that close of a match, take the chip to a auto body shop and they can try and match the color for you, and then you can try and match it on your computer at home; or you might try a local print shop. It's probably going to cost you more than you paid for the chips, but if an exact match is after, it might very well be possible. Though I think it's a lot of trouble to go to for a 15¢ chip.
