At that price, it's hardly worth the effort of negotiating a trade. The combined shipping in each direction would probably be more than the cost of buying the chips.

It might not be worth the trouble of organizing a swap. Ordering new is less troublesome, and still pretty cheap (although shipping charges PI$$ me off).
