Chips: 38.7 Bank: 0.0 Total Chips: 38.7 | | | 300 piece Bud Jones set
Anyone know anything about these Bud Jones chips? Looks like the seller tried to sell the set previously for $300 and didn't get any takers. The account he used is no longer registered and the account he is using now has no feedback. Does this sound really fishy? http://cgi.ebay.com/Bud-Jones-Poker-...QQcmdZViewItem |

Seems to good to be true, but with no reserve and free shipping a $1.00 bid may just pay off. Granted, it is probably a scam, but it may be worth the risk on the off-chance you might get them.

I was watching that auction. It didn't get very high. Suprise the auction is ended early. He's never gonna sell them with the reputation he's getting

One of us should have put a bid in and see what happens. Too late now.
But I am on the old school "If it looks too good to be true....etc"

My favorite part is his "buddy" (0 feedback) putting in a bid just under the "reserve" price while someone else puts in incrimental bids to get some action.
Great combination of chips! What could you possibly do with all those different styles besides sell them?
Strange.

you mean my bids?
No, I was just trying to get to the bottom end of the reserve price and win them, I have no affiliation with the seller
I want these to sell them off in smaller sets and make some $$ to buy some samuri's

Take a close look at the picture with the individual chips shots.
Don't they look like they were cut out of a magazine?
