Those look like the "3 Spot Inserts / Value Embossed" chips available at Gamblers General Store (http://www.gamblersgeneralstore.com/)

They're selling them for $.45 each, but you might find better prices elsewhere. At $.45 per chip, I think you can get better chips than those.

I thought I had some samples of those, but can't seem to find them now. As I recall, they're not a horrible chip. They are a bit lightweight, though.
