Custom Poker Table Help?

Is a 60" round table enough for 10 people? What about a 72" round? I am getting quotes from a custom poker table builder in MT. He makes tables for poker rooms around MT. Is $400-600 too much to pay for a 60" or 72" round table with burgundy wine colored felt, fold-in legs (easy storage), black padded rail, sunken in cup holders on the table (not in the padded rail)?
