You have to figure out what kind of game you're playing it. If it's loose/passive, HEPFAP isn't going to help you. That book assumes you're playing against players who are trying, and loose/passive games (i.e. the majority of games .25/.50 - 10/20) aren't like that. These players aren't thinking about what you're doing, what the pot odds are, etc. They just want action. Small Stakes Hold'em and Internet Texas Hold'em would help you more.

Are these books geared more toward limit or NL? seems that there are not many that deal w/ NL cash games (or NL tourneys either! except for HOH, of course).
