Lucky Chances chips

Here's a pic of some well-worn chips fresh from the tables at Lucky Chances (courtesy of Audioflow).

The $1 chip is a 40mm ceramic (B&G ??)
The $2 and $5 chips are 39mm ceramic (I'm guessing Chipco, but don't see the nipple/dimple on them).

The $20 chip (39mm) looks and feels like a Bud Jones to me.
