Might you be interested in selling me just some padding and felt scraps then? That should not cost much to ship, I'll even give you my companies FedEx number for 3 day air. Stuff it in a box or tube and away it goes.
Not that I'm in a hurry, just that we have an air account.
That way I can just go and buy a board locally and have it cut to match the size of the scrap material.
