Guess this is the best place to post these pics. JMDA is my business partner (we are opening Bluegrass Poker Chips together), and this is his table and chips. I am in the process of bulding my table and have ASMs coming soon, but in the meantime here is what we all play with. We play a lot of NL cash games with .25/.50 blind ($20 buy), .50/$1 blind ($40 buy), $1/$2 blind ($60 buy), and we are about to start a $1/$3 blind game with a $100 min/ $200 max buy. This set will also accomodate $5/$10 limit as well. We play mostly Holdem and Omaha with some stud thrown in. These chips are from a defunct cardroom in Washington called the HideAway and some are used but he has some uncirculated lots too.
$1 was the smallest denom they came in, so he filled it out with some yellow River Poker Tour chips for quarters and a couple of the purple ones for $50. We live in Louisville which is also called River City or Falls City and so they fit nicely. He also has about 1000 (I think) River Poker Tour NexGens for a small tournament set with River City Poker Room labels and a paddle boat to kind of tie in the theme. His large tournament set is about 6000-7000 11.5g Diamonds and we have had a few 30-40 player tournaments with those. We just finished the RCHSOP (River City Home Series Of Poker) with small tournaments and satelites all last week and a main event Saturday with 35 people. We had a $60 buy for the main event with first place taking in $1050. If you wanna see more about that check out our local poker forum:

The table was made from 3/4 inch oak plywood, 1/4 inch closed cell foam (EVA), and suited poker cloth. It is a 6 foot table and can fit 8 comfortably. The table in the background is 8.5 feet long, made from the same plywood, but with cheaper fabric and foam and no rail (1st attempt). They both sit down over small tables instead of attaching legs to the plywood. This works well beacause it keeps the legs well under the table and the tops will pop right off leaving a 4 foot folding table which can be used for other things. The rail also comes off and can be hung on the wall when the table is not in use. Enjoy the pics!!
