I agree with most of the thoughts here. You've got to have the 25/25 in there I think. With a T2000, if you start at 25/50, a standard raise in level 1 is something like 7% of your stack. Just personal preference I guess, but I like to be able to play around a bit in the early levels without having to commit so many of my chips preflop.
I would also skip the 250-500 level as others have said and maybe not start antes until 500-1000. That way, you could color up greens after your 150-300 level. That would also start the antes at the start of hour 4 where it sounds like you want to start accelerating things toward a finish anyway.

Other than that, looks good. Looks like a very fair structure.
