Since the greens/blacks are both more for making up the balance of a persons stack and the whites/reds are the primary chips in play I think you'd be better off with more white/red. I also don't see why everyone would need 5x0.50 for 1/2. Maybe 40 blue, 250 white, 250 red, 40 green, 20 black. Requires more cashing around the table maybe for 0.50, but I think having extra reds for 3/6 & 5/10 would help. |
I have 50 of the $.50 because of rebuys , $.50 is the small blind for 1/2 so you need them but 40 might be enough. I dont think 40 green would work considering for the 5/10 you need 6 greens to buy in for just 25BB, and many people will proboly buy in for more than just 25BB. I proboly could scratch the blacks almost alltogether but the blacks for the asm group buy look too cool lol
I do agree extra reds would be good, but for the $10 betting rounds the $25 chips would suffice if you needed to call or raise to a 3 bet.
How about doing 40 blue and 20 black and then using the extra 15 for the red, so I would then have 215 red, Might be a little better?
