At work I have access to all manner of laboratory equipment, including some Mettler Toledo scales, so I decided to see what my recently delivered sample set of Trademarks weighed in at compared to my JB2005s. I zeroed the scale between each measurement and compared color to color. See the table below, there were some VERY interesting results. Some TM chips were 1/2 gram heavier or more than their JB2005 counterpart! The entire 7 chip stack was 2.5 grams heavier than the JBs. One even came in at over 10 grams.

Black 9.2923g 9.9619g (another huge difference)

*=this chip has gotta be lighter than a typical JB as I used it to experiment with removing one of the labels. Probably 50% or so of the label is gone on one side.

JB stack weighed 65.9334 total, TM stack weighed 68.5602 (about 2.5g difference).

I'm searching around the building for a micrometer so I can check the thicknesses, but haven't found one yet, if I do, I'll post results.
