I'm pretty sure the Pharaoh's will have the same thickness issues as the Trademarks, and it bothers me too. I had no problem with the mold, but I feel the thickness issue is an error that should be fixed. Differences in thickness could potentially cause problems with chips fitting into racks if the Paulson and Chipco racks are as tight as people say they are. Also it could cause errors counting chips. After all, you usually count chips by making a stack, then measuring out a bunch of stacks that are the same size and assuming they have the same number of chips. If they are all different thicknesses, obviously that's a problem.
